Replacement Policy – BharatVolt

At BharatVolt, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring that you receive products in perfect condition and as described. In cases where issues occur, we offer replacements under specific circumstances to ensure you continue to enjoy the best experience with our brand.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests will be considered only under the following conditions, subject to verification and approval by our customer care team:

  1. Manufacturing Defect – If the product has a damage or defect due to manufacturing issues.
  2. Transit Damage – If the product was damaged during shipping and the damage is clearly visible upon delivery.
  3. Wrong Product Delivered – If you received a different model, color, or style than what you ordered.

How to Apply for a Replacement

Provide the following when you contact us:

  • A valid invoice copy.
    • Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Serial number printed on product.
    • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping labels.
    • An unboxing video showing the product and labels at the time of delivery.

Verification Process

Our team will review the information within 2 working days and assess eligibility.

Replacement Confirmation

Upon approval, the replacement product will be dispatched from our fulfilment center. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.

Important Notes

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and documents.
  • Replacements for wrong size or customer-selected errors will not be considered for replacement.
  • The cost of the replacement, in approved cases, will be borne by BharatVolt.
  • Delays in reporting or incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the replacement request.

When Will Replacements Not Be Accepted?

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Missing components due to improper handling post-delivery.
  • Tampered packaging, missing labels, or altered product features.
  • Requests made after the stipulated timeframe.
  • Products returned without original packaging or required documentation.

No Returns or Refunds

Please note that BharatVolt’s policy does not allow returns or refunds for any order once it is confirmed and shipped. We focus solely on providing timely replacements in cases where the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
