defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty is valid for
household use only and requires online registration within 15 days at
www.thebharatvolt.com.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts due to
manufacturing faults only.
• Service will be provided through BharatVolt's authorized service
centre.
• The warranty is applicable only for domestic use and when the
appliance is operated as per the user manual instructions.
• The appliance must not be opened, tampered with, or serviced by
unauthorized personnel.
• A valid proof of purchase and warranty registration must be presented
during any service request.
• Warranty is limited to the value of repairs/replacement of the parts
found to be defective within the warranty period.
• The decision of the company is final on all the matters arising out of
this warranty.
• This Warranty shall not in any case extend towards payment or any
monetary consideration whatsoever and shall be only limited to the
product replacement.
• If any part of the product is repaired or replaced, the warranty will
continue only for the remaining time of the original warranty period.
• Replacement of parts will be entirely at the company's discretion. If
the whole product is replaced (also at the company's discretion), the
same model will be provided. If that model is discontinued, a model of
similar value at the time of purchase will be given instead.
• Replacement under warranty will not be applicable if the issue is
diagnosed as 'no problem found' or if the problem is an intermittent
error that cannot be reproduced.
• WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO:
• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, physical impact, or spillage on
the Hair dryer.
• Normal wear and tear such as scratches, stains, or discoloration on
the Plastic body.
• Plastic, rubber, or cord wire components, which are subject to natural
wear and tear.
• If the product is used for commercial purposes.
• Electrical failures caused by power surges or voltage fluctuations or
inadequate earthing.
• Repairs or modifications done by unauthorized service providers.
• If the customer violates Warranty Terms & Conditions, instruction
manual guidelines, or operates the product otherwise than as per
product specifications.
• Delay or failure in registering the product online within 15 days of
purchase.
