BharatVolt Induction Cooktop is warranted against any manufacturing
defects for a period of 1 year, along with an additional 2-year warranty on the
coil, from the date of purchase, provided it is used for domestic purposes
and maintained as per the instructions in this manual.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Warranty is valid only if the product is registered within 15 days of
purchase at “www.thebharatvolt.com” under the Warranty Registration
section or Scan to Register your Product.
• Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts due to
manufacturing faults only.
• Service will be provided through BharatVolt’s authorized service
centre.
• The warranty is applicable only for domestic use and when the
appliance is operated as per the user manual instructions.
• Proof of warranty registration is mandatory for service requests.
• Warranty is limited to repairs/replacement of defective parts; no
monetary compensation is offered.
• The appliance must not be opened, tampered with, or serviced by
unauthorized personnel.
• The decision of the company is final on all matters arising out of this
warranty.
• If the product is repaired/replaced, the warranty will continue for the
remaining period of the original warranty period.
• Replacement of parts or the entire product will be at the company’s
discretion. If the whole product is replaced (also at the company's
discretion), the same model will be provided. If that model is
discontinued, a model of similar value at the time of purchase will be
given instead.
• Replacement under warranty will not be applicable if the issue is
diagnosed as 'no problem found' or if the problem is an intermittent
error that cannot be reproduced.
WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO
• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, physical impact, or spillage on
the cooktop surface.
• Damage caused by non-compatible cookware, including cookware
without a flat magnetic base.
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, stains, or discoloration on
the glass plate.
• Plastic, rubber, or cord wire components, which are subject to natural
wear and tear.
• Products used for commercial purposes.
• Electrical failures from power surges or voltage fluctuations or
inadequate earthing.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Violation of warranty terms, instruction manual guidelines, or use
outside product specifications.
• Delay or failure in registering the product online within 15 days of
purchase.
